Our Smoked Fish products are packed chilled, not frozen, within
insulated shipping containers, along with appropriate quantities
of icy-cold gel packs for cooling of the product during shipment.

Our Frozen Fish products are packed pre-frozen, with enough
dry ice to maintain the fish in a frozen condition during
its journey to your doorstep.

Air Shipment Regulations limit the size of container that may
be employed while using dry ice as a coolant. Please consult us if
you have a larger order that needs to move by air to arrive in time.

For your convenience, please tell us your preferred receiving date.
This will allow us to arrange for your Smoked Fish shipment to arrive
in time to meet your schedule.

Smoked Fish is a perishable product that must be used,
refrigerated or frozen soon after unpacking. It will keep for a
number of days under refrigeration, but should be used promptly.

Should you wish to receive your order on a SATURDAY, a special
$15 Saturday Delivery Fee will charged by the delivery service
provider.

Due to the nature of our product and shipping constraints, we
are unable to arrange for Sunday or Monday arrivals.

Should you need to have your order delivered on a specific date, you
must contact us to schedule your shipment date. Help us to serve you
by using our E-Mail or by telephoning us at 715-392-3101 OR
888-708-0091 during business hours. We can assist in finding a
shipping date and service and that will work for you.

Overnight shipping services are usually available,
with choices of FedEx, UPS, and SpeeDee Delivery Service.
Priority Mail, while not an overnight service,
may also be an option for your destinations.

The economical "SpeeDee Delivery Service" area currently
includes much of the Upper Midwest Region of the US,
including all of Wisconsin, all of Minnesota, the border areas
of North and South Dakota, most of Iowa, and parts of Nebraska.
Call us for details on this reliable, regional service.
Orders received after 11 am CST will be shipped the following business day.
Sunday and Monday delivery not available. Saturday delivery requires an additional $15.
